Acquisition of Facilities & Equipment
- Purchase of a ready-built engineering works, ideally a vacant site available due to current market conditions
- Welding and fabrication equipment
- Rotational moulding equipment
- Overhead cranage
- Vehicles, plant and associated tools
People & Expertise
- Recruitment of a Finance Director and Sales Director
- Employment of skilled fabrication and production operatives
- Formation of a full civils installation team to install the Gravesafe system where required
Manufacturing Infrastructure
- Creation of a state-of-the-art engineering facility divided into two dedicated areas:
- Steel fabrication
- Plastic fabrication
Research, Development & Operations
- Ongoing research and development to refine the Gravesafe system and expand the product range
- Operating and managing cemeteries on behalf of councils
- Procuring and transforming new land and partially filled cemeteries into modern, sustainable memorial parks
